JEMA provides travel health consultations, vaccines, TB testing, occupational health services, school and workplace requirement support, mask fit testing, blood and urine collection, and health promotion services. Recommendations may vary depending on your medical history, vaccine history, destination, workplace or school requirements, and individual health needs.

Privacy Policy
At JEMA, your privacy is important to us. We are committed to protecting the personal and health information you share with us.
JEMA follows Newfoundland and Labrador’s Personal Health Information Act, also known as PHIA, which governs how personal health information is collected, used, disclosed, protected, and accessed.
We may collect personal information such as your name, date of birth, contact information, health history, immunization records, travel itinerary, school or workplace forms, and other information needed to provide safe and appropriate care.
Your information may be used to:
Book and manage appointments
Provide consultations, vaccines, testing, and related services
Review travel, school, workplace, or health requirements
Complete forms and documentation
Communicate with you about your care
Maintain accurate clinical records
Refer you to a physician or other health provider when required
JEMA does not sell your personal information. We only collect, use, and share your information as needed to provide care, meet legal or regulatory requirements, or with your consent.
JEMA uses Jane for appointment booking and clinic management. Jane offers security features such as 2-step verification/multi-factor authentication and encrypted data storage and transmission. Jane states that data is encrypted when sent between your device and their servers and stored with 256-bit encryption.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and maintain confidentiality. If you have questions about your personal health information, would like to request access to your records, or would like to request a correction, please contact the clinic.
Appointment & Cancellation Policies
At JEMA, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. To help us provide timely care to all clients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or changes.
A credit card is required to book consultations.
If you cancel a Consultation with less than 24 hours’ notice, miss your appointment, or do not attend your scheduled consultation, a $50 cancellation/no-show fee will be charged.
This policy helps protect appointment availability for other clients and allows our team to prepare properly for each visit.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on clinic availability and may result in a no-show fee.
Refunds
All sales are final.
